10 Step for Complete healing of Back Pain
We write about having a vision and goals all of the time but sometimes when people are in so much pain and they fail to see the point or the purpose… and boy is that a hindrance!
I just read a great article from Bob Proctor, the old guy from the Secret and he talks about developing a Vision and Setting Goals… Ya, I know it the same old stuff but let me give you the missing link to achieving what you want.
I will to be out of pain in the next 30 to 90 day, I will have lost the amount of weight I wanted to and will keep it off the rest of my life. I have decided to eat better and live a more healthy life…
“I am getting better and better everyday in everyway”!

The Missing Link
Now here is the missing link, you have just set you vision, now you need not think of your pain any more or even put any more energy into the vision. It done, all of your energy should be focused on getting better in terms of setting and achieving small goals day be day.
You see much like the rich they have what are referred to as Multiple Sources of Income (MSI) things like running their business or multiple business, Stock, Bonds, Real Estate, these are all income sources for the rich and each one provides some percentage of their wealth, they know it is very hard to get rich from only one source or activity and that is why they do as many different things to obtain great wealth. Great Health is achieved the same way.
Now you know dam well that the rich do not lay around at night thinking about how they are going to pay their bills, no they are always dream of new income sources. And while they have their own vision which is the basis for their success, its what they do on a daily basis that gets them RICH. Take Bill Gates or Richard Branson they never have to think about MONEY or even how to make more money. They just focus on goals or objectives and the rest seemingly falls into place but the truth is they create their lives by the actions they take on a daily basis.
Now for you, in order to get pain free Stop thinking of your Pain, stop worrying about it and even stop think of the bigger picture but rather focus all your energy on the small incremental daily goals you set for your self. You will do this through what I call your “Multiple Sources of Relief to a pain free life” here are just some of the Multiple Sources you will need to investigate.
What to Do?
Let me just add one more thing I have not told you what
specifically you have do to because that is up to you and determined by you,
below I have listed concepts or what I call factors but they are general ideas
from those idea you will develop your daily goals, how much and how long again
up to you. If I told you everything you will not take on the responsibility
that is needed, let alone value it to the highest degree as you would if your
created it your self. But please never be afraid to ask for help because no one
heals alone.
Now you may be asking what do I do first. That is easy you need to educate your self and a great place to start is right here http://www.losethebackpain.com/backpainarticles.html read every article we have, next is to decide and dedicate your self to achieving your daily goals. 10. The Spiritual factor
Funny I have written all of these articles and do belief
that these 10 techniques hold the key to achieving your health goals but I have
not written the spiritual factor yet not sure why but I promise It will be
next.
As for my self, I have never been much of a writer and I
have a hard time with spelling and grammar and it does make hard to be a good writer
when you have so many challenges but here is your article, I sat down and did
it, I know this post will help at least one person. My vision is to help those
in need and my daily goal is to do one thing a day that can help you, yes you
reading these very words.
It was a pain in the ass for me to write this and it took me
more than an hour to write it, what’s worse is that I know for most is writes
they could have it done in 30 minutes or less but knowing my challenges I come
to work at 5:00 sometimes 5:30 and spend the extra time to get it done. Is it
perfect no, could I have made it better and longer yes, but I’m not going to
wait for all me ducks to be in a row and the stars aligned to post it, if I
want to make it better all in need to do is edit it but I’m proud because I
have created it and I’m living up to my daily goals.
Please believe that any thing is possible and you never know what will happen.
