ACUPUNCTURE and Back Pain get the FAQs
Sharon asked:
Any opinions about acupuncture for back pain? I have spinal stenosis and have been going back and fourth about it
My reply:
I had acupuncture last week for my knee and i love the effects but its not the cure all...
The whole reason why we offer the product we do is that almost always you need to address challenges from different directions.
I would rather you start with educating your self then have the mental strength to tell your self that you are getting better and then take physical steps to address your imbalances, in a planned and logical way.
Don't forget about the enzymes or the trigger point device, the problem with most people is that they say that they have tired everything and they very may well have but in most cases its other people doing what they thing is right for you...
for example do you know what points the acupuncturist is going to use, most likely not and without knowing a little about acupuncture they are just going to do what they please...
For you it would help if you did a little DD and then called 4 or 5 acupuncturists and see if they even say something close to each other then you can pick one.
That is one of the reasons the lose the back pain system works for so many people is that we educate first, because when you have a better understanding of something you are more apt to feel good about what you are doing and more apt to stick to it.
Hay I many have just come up with a new motto
"Educate, Believe and take action"
