Learn to Correct the Source of Lower Back Pain....
Ultimately, the source of virtually all non-trauma related
lower back pain comes back to weak and imbalanced back muscles.
These muscle imbalances occur when certain muscles get
overused, causing them to grow stronger and tighter. Other
muscles get little exercise and become stretched out of shape
and weaker.
Walk into most chiropractor and physical therapist offices and
you’ll often be offered a sheet of back strengthening
exercises. That’s a problem. Because in order to prevent lower
back pain by strengthening your back muscles you must know
which ones are already overly taut and which are weak.
