lower back pain comes back to weak and imbalanced back muscles.
These muscle imbalances occur when certain muscles get
overused, causing them to grow stronger and tighter. Other
muscles get little exercise and become stretched out of shape
and weaker.

Walk into most chiropractor and physical therapist offices and
you’ll often be offered a sheet of back strengthening
exercises. That’s a problem. Because in order to prevent lower
back pain by strengthening your back muscles you must know
which ones are already overly taut and which are weak.

Correcting muscle imbalances requires stretching. Lower Back Pain ...Get Facts on Lower Back Pain, Treatments...

Can you guess what it is?

The answer is Forward Head Posture (FHP). That's right, all 10 problems are associated with the same underlying cause.

Forward
Head Posture is one of the most common postural problems in our
so-called "modern" society. In actuality, it is the modern lifestyle
that is responsible for it-as we'll see in a minute. In essence, FHP is
the result of either repetitive forward head movement, or the carrying
or holding of the head in a position where the ears are forward of the
shoulder plum-line.

Proper postural alignment finds ankles,
knees, hips, shoulders, and ears all falling along the same vertical
line. The relatively heavy head must directly rest on the neck and
shoulders, like a golf ball on a tee. Yet, FHP finds the head sticking
out, forward of the shoulders, with the ears in line with the chest or
front of the deltoids.

Get the full article here...

What Pain Cream Do You Find
In NFL Locker Rooms?

Pro
football players in the NFL have a physically damaging job. They earn
high-salaries by tearing up their bodies week after week on the field.

The
athletic trainers are the folks who care for them and are charged with
the responsibility of keeping these engines of the billion-dollar
football industry working.

No group of people is more familiar
with what works and what doesn't work to treat nagging aches, pains and
sprains than these trainers.

Just ask Ronnie Barnes, President of the Professional Football Athletic Trainers Society...

"It's
a big job, because football is a collision sport," he says. "There are
lots of injuries to the musculoskeletal system. Lots of illnesses."

"Athletes
should not be treated any differently than regular patients, except
that in sports, there is a real sense of urgency for answers. Because
once a player gets injured, in about six days, there's another game
day."

So what does Ronnie Barnes use to treat the aches and
pains of his players? The same formula available to you in
Rub-On-Relief. IN fact, he says it's "the most effective ointment we
have used to combat pain, sprains, strains, arthritis, stiffness, tendonitis and impact contusions.

"We are able to substitute NSAIDs, aspirin, ibuprofen and Naproxen without the risk of possible side-effects to the players."

Click here to read more about the powerful pain cream used in NFL locker rooms that gives you pain-relief without a prescription.

other words, I was getting drained of energy in my sessions and was on
the way to becoming burned out. But something happened in 2005 that
changed this negative into a positive--I bought and started to use the Spring Forest Qigong For Healing Program.

Click here to download a FREE report about this powerful healing method

In
my Physical Therapy training nothing was taught about the body's energy
systems, as they are viewed and understood in Acupuncture or Qigong.
Like most people, I stayed away from what I did not understand. But
here I am 15 years later admitting to you that it was one of the
biggest mistakes of my life!

These
days, whenever I hear about something different, I always investigate
the topic a little more so I don't miss out on a possible
life-improving or life-changing concept. And as a student of science I
love to share and help people develop their awareness of what is
possible.

Our bodies are Energy contained inside our suite of
skin. Bones, blood and organs are just different forms of that energy.
As is every thought, feeling and emotions we ever have. I am writing
you today to tell you that not understanding now to best use and build
your own energy, may allow your mind and body to decline and lead to a
life of suffering mentally, emotionally or physically.

In my
own practice, I stated to burn out and I needed a boost of something to
help me rekindle my passion for helping others. I was becoming
exhausted in every way and knew I had to do something.

Then
one day I started researching "Energy Healing" without knowing anything
about it. After looking into dozens of modalities, I finally narrowed
my focus on the ancient Chinese art of Qigong. With 3000 years of
documentation, it seemed to make sense. And with millions of Chinese
practicing it daily and being among the most healthy humans in the
world... difficult to argue!

Click here to download a FREE report about this powerful healing method

One
of my criteria was to find a master from China to learn and study
under. While I am sure there are many qualified Americans practicing
Qigong, from a professional point of view I wanted knowledge from
someone who not only understood the topic, but who was raised in its
environment.

I
found all I was looking for in Master Chunyi Lin, a Chinese who
immigrated to the US in 1994. Since English is his second language, he
speaks slowly. You know what? This is great because he uses simple
words to explain a very complex idea of Energy as Medicine.

What
I personally learned from Spring Forest Qigong is only a small example
of how it can help everyone. In fact, it can slow, reverse and at times
cure so many of the health issues we face every day, such as: stress,
anxiety, depression, insomnia, hypertension, chronic pain.

Now
I am not one to completely change my lifestyle just to help my health.
I do what I can, while maintaining the lifestyle I have chosen for
myself. And this is where the Spring Force Qigong program was perfect
for me. Why? Because the program didn't require a lot of time and was
easy to learn.

I
was able to learn how to detect my own energy blockages. And as Master
Lin says, within 5 minutes or less I can begin to "harvest qi". In
other words, to build that vital energy that is so necessary to feel
good and be healthy! I did what I was instructed to do, and I can't
even begin to tell you how awesome I feel.

Qigong is also
beneficial for back pain sufferers, such as you. How? By improving your
breathing. This method alone improves the oxygen ratio in your blood.
The blood carries nutrients to the body, the muscles, the tendons and
relaxes them. And the expansion of the ribcage while breathing in the
special Qigong way, opening the spaces between the rib, reducing the
number of impingement or pinched nerves in the spine.

What does
all this mean in day-to-day terms? A clearer mind, improved mobility,
stronger concentration and memory, improved mind/body connection, and a
feeling over improved overall vitality.

Click here to download a FREE report about this powerful healing method

The
program is so simple: You do not need to be an expert to start the
training; You can do this at any age; You can perform the exercises
even if you're in pain, because they are so subtle; The exercises are
easy to learn and to do everyday; The exercises are easy on the joints
with no impact and no receptive stress injuries; And best of all you
will learn to heal yourself and share with others the healing
possibilities!

I would just like to mention that this program also includes specific
instructions for improving the functions of your kidneys, liver, lungs,
heart and stomach. It also teaches you to release blockages that result
in chronic conditions, such as:

Contents of your Spring Forest Qigong Level 1 (Basic):

CD 1: The Miracle of Qi Energy
CD 2: The Secrets of Qigong
CD 3: Exploring the Active Exercises
CD 4: Helping Others Heal
CD 5: Active Exercise
CD 6: Sitting Meditations
Course Manual
Instructional DVD

Bonus: Inner Beauty Meditation Music CD

In closing,
I would like to say that the only limitations to your healing potential
are your own thoughts and beliefs. Believe in the power of Qi energy.
Believe in yourself.

Take a moment to download an informative
booklet today and find out for yourself first hand, like I did, just
how the Spring Forest Qigong for Health program can help you feel
better, live better and be happy.

Wishing you the best,
Steve Hefferon, CMT, PTA

a therapeutic massage anytime in the near future

Steve Hefferon

I have a confession to make as a massage therapist.

If you've ever gotten a massage to treat muscle-pain in your neck & back, legs & hips or some other part of your body... you probably didn't need to spend the money.

Because there are FOUR MAJOR FLAWS with massage therapy you should know about.

Massage Therapy Flaw #1: Massage is not a one-time fix for muscle pain. You feel great when you get one and for awhile afterwards.

But
a week or two goes by and your muscles start to hurt again. For lasting
relief you'll need to go back often, and at $80-$150 a pop massage
therapy gets very expensive over time.

Massage Therapy Flaw #2:
Because it's so expensive you put off going for months at a time. Some
people almost never get the treatments they need for no other reason
than they can't afford them.

It's a shame. You shouldn't have to be Donald Trump to get relief from painful muscles.

Massage Therapy Flaw #3: You're not getting instant treatment. You have to schedule a session, wait around with painful muscles for days or weeks.

It would be so much better if you could get a deep-tissue massage whenever you want it.

Massage Therapy Flaw #4:
You can walk away feeling worse than before the massage. Some people
hate getting deep-tissue massages because they feel so bad afterward.

Why? Because aggressive massage creates micro-tears in the muscles, often activating dormant trigger points, causing pain.

In a perfect world you'd have a personal
masseuse CAREFULLY massage away your aches and pains
each and every night...

Well, say hello to a perfect world ....

You're going to love this.

There
is a way to get a "personal masseuse" to give you gentle, deep massages
every day of the year - and you don't have to spend $30,000 to keep him
on staff.

I'm talking about a home massage-therapy system you can use right away to melt away the tiny knots in your muscles.

For
about 40-cents a day you can get a daily deep-tissue massage to relive
life's aches and pains - with NONE of the drawbacks of traditional
massage therapy...

You don't need to spend hundreds of dollars all year long to get relief... You don't need to put off getting your massage because it costs so much... You don't have to wait a month in between massages ...

You don't need to suffer through aggressive massages because you'll have all the time in the world to get a gentle massage ...

Your headaches... neck & jaw pain...
back-pain... joint-pain... even the numbness
in your hands and feet - are all likely caused by trigger-points in your muscles!

Here
at The Healthy Back Institute we've talked a lot about how trigger
points - the tiny knots that form in your muscles - are the source of
so many types of pain ...

Discovered
by President John F. Kennedy's doctor, trigger points in muscles are
increasingly becoming recognized as the cause of up 75% of muscle and
tissue pain. Seventy-five percent!

These
dime-sized landmines in your tissues cause your muscles to tighten and
shorten. And because they tighten your muscles they start to change the
way your body moves.

Have you ever tried to rub a sore, painful muscle and no matter what you did you couldn't quite "get" to the painful spot?
Those are trigger points!

In
them you'll get an atlas of your body's trigger-points so you can find
the (often surprising) points to relieve pain you may have had for

is defined as something that "defines the meaning or a particular
expression or experience" such as pain. We all have a context for our
physical pain. This gives it meaning and ultimately directs all our
decisions for dealing with it.

The most popular paradigm/context for physical pain is: Physical
pain has a physical source. Find it. Deal with it and the pain will go
away. Physical pain has no other source other than physical. This is the attitude held by most allopathic doctors (modern Western medicine) and most people who see them as patients.

Others,
myself included, have come to believe that human beings are more than
just physical bodies and that simply reducing our physical pain to a
physical source is both reductionistic and ignorant (in the sense of
ignoring useful and often obvious facts).

The obvious truth about us humans is... click here to read the rest of this article

I
just spoke to my mom the other day who has been battling back pain for
over a decade now... in fact, it was her initial bout of back pain all
those years ago that drove me to find a solution.

I remember
thinking "there had to be a better way" and boy was I right. Anyway,
she was telling me about a procedure that her doctor recommended and
the first thing that jumped out at me was she was willing to do the
"quick and easy" treatment before committing to the harder, but more
effective alternatives.

While this particular treatment may be
effective, the fact is it's not a sure thing, there are potential side
effects, and like most common treatments, it does NOT do anything to
address what created the condition in the first place.

Yet she
was sold on the idea and placed it higher on her to do list then two
other treatments I recommended that were "harder" but had little or no
negative side effects.

Now part of this may be because her
"doctor" recommended it but part of it is also human nature... we tend
to always look for the "easy way" and while this may be good in some
situations, it's bad when it comes to health because most of the time,
the quick and easy way is not the most effective... and it's also often
the method which has the most cons or side effects.

As I've said
many times before, every persons situation is different and the
combination of treatments that works for one person may not work for
another.

And while my mom has made good progress using my Lose
The Back Pain system and other treatments I have recommended to her,
she still is not 100%... plus it doesn't help that she recently slipped
and fell (again).

Like most people, she's looking for that "one
thing" that will finally put an END to her pain... but what I've found
over all these years working with so many people is that it's pretty
rare that just one thing will eliminate all of your pain.

Sometimes it happens, but more often what does the trick is a combination of treatments
and therapies... and the more specific they are to your physical
situation (the muscle imbalances you have, the condition you've been
diagnosed with, your emotional state, etc) the better the results
you'll see.

So here's my list of the
"Top 10 Back Pain Treatments":

1. Mind-Body Therapy
(hypnosis, emotional freedom therapy - this is far bigger than most people realize)

2. Muscle Balance Therapy
(corrective exercises, stretches, muscle work)

3. Reducing Inflammation

4. Pain Relief Creams
(instant but temporary relief)

5. Inversion / Decompression Therapy

6. Far Infrared Heat Therapy

7. Energy Medicine / Healing
(I'll have articles and videos on this for you very soon)

8. Trigger Point Therapy

9. Acupuncture / Acupressure
(ancient treatment proven to help with all sorts of conditions)

10. Massage Therapy
(can be great if done correctly and therapist knows your body)

11.Sleep
(gotta get deep sleep and enough of it)

12. Healthy Eating
(no, a salad at McDonalds is NOT eating healthy)

13. Change How You Sit
(for those of us who sit for too long)

So, it's more than 10... but top 10 sounds better...

If
you are sitting there right now with pain and have not tried all of the
above, get to work. And if you have tried them all, which is highly
unlikely, then let me know and I'll give you a list of even more
treatments.

The point is this, the people who get lasting relief are the ones who DON'T STOP until they find the answer. You must be relentless if you want to beat this.

I
know it's not easy but you CAN do this... you, and all others, have the
power and ability to heal yourself but it requires determination,
focus, hard work, patience, perseverance and most importantly, ACTION.
So what are you going to do to make this happen?

Remember, I and
the rest of my team are here for you... as well as the thousands of
others who visit and share on our discussion forum.

Go make it happen... and I can't wait to hear of your success!

Jesse

P.S. I love you mom (yes, she reads my email newsletters)

Boy was I wrong...

The world is changing and very fast... Here's a news story I recently came across:

"Lawsuit says eatery to blame for 9-foot tapeworm"

Who would have thought that eating salmon could be so risky?

And who knows if it was really a result of the "salmon salad" he ate... but either way,
a 9-foot tapeworm is pretty scary if you ask me.

To your best health,
Jesse Cannone

P.S. A good friend of mine created this super high quality colon cleansing system that
includes an all natural anti-parasite component... and it even kills fish tapeworms and
their eggs. There'll be NO 9-foot tapeworm for me, that's for sure...

Anyway, he's agreed to offer you and all of our other loyal subscribers a "pay nothing
now" 30 day trial, if you respond to this email within 7 days.

Click here to learn more and claim your FREE trial
By the way...

When you think pain relief, most people reach for the ibuprofen, or
worse yet, the presc'+'ription medication.

But did you know there are hundreds of proven, natural pain relievers?

It's true, and many of them have not only been used for centuries, but
many have also been clinically proven to work as well, and in some cases,
even better than presc'+'riptions.

So I wanted to share with you today 7 of these little known healing gems.

1. Proteolytic enzymes - have been proven to have a powerful anti-inflammatory
effect and also boost cardiovascular, respiratory and immune function.

Unlike NSAID's which may give only temporary relief and do not fix the
underlying cause of the problem, systemic enzymes work to reduce the
inflammation and promote healing without any side effects.

Here are just a few examples...

A study published in the Journal of Medicine, Science, Sports and Exercise
found that "proteolytic enzymes have therapeutic effects in the treatment of
inflammation and soft tissue injuries."

Another study done by the Institute of Cancer Research in Vienna found that
"a combination of proteolytic enzymes and herbs were effective in treating
rheumatoid arthritis and reducing TGF-b which is known to be present in
the blood when there is cancer."

2. Bromelain - This special natural compound, which is extracted from pineapple,
contains several proteolytic enzymes that have been shown to short-circuit
multiple pain pathways in the body.

It has been studied extensively since it's discovery in 1957 and hundreds of
studies have shown it to reduce inflammation, reduce and prevent swelling
and remove waste and toxins from the blood.

For example, in another study, 77 patients taking 400mg/day of Bromelain
experienced significant reduction in pain and swelling.

3. Tumeric Extract - is taken from the dried root of the plant and it has been
used to treat a wide range of ailments for thousands of years.

Studies have shown that it reduces inflammation by blocking both the COX-2
and 5-LOX enzymes which create pain. In addition, tumeric's antioxidant powers
work to seek out and destroy free radicals in the body which contribute to pain
and swelling.

A recent study done at the prestigous Sloan-Kettering Cancer Research Center
in New York found that Tumeric was more safe and precise than asprin in
stopping inflammation by shutting down the COX2 enzyme responsible for pain.
But Tumeric caused none of asprin's typical gastrointestinal irritation.

4. Papain - contains a wide range of proteolytic enzymes and works by breaking
down proteins. In studies it has been shown to be effective in the treatment of
numerous conditions such as diabetes, herpes, cancer and digestion issues like
bloating and chronic indigestion. Papain has also been shown to attack tumor
cells and boost the immune system.

5. Boswellia Extract - One of the most widely used herbs in Indian medicine, it has
been used for centuries by traditional Indian healers to reduce pain and
inflammation. Hundreds of studies have been done proving its effectiveness and
in addition to being a powerful and safe, natural anti-inflammatory, Boswellia has
also been shown to support healthy blood circulation.

In a randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study, 30 patients received
333mg, 3x a day of Boswelia. The group who received the Boswelia had a
significant reduction in pain and swelling and experienced an increase in joint
mobility and flexibility as compared to the placebo group.

6. Rutin - Found naturally in a variety of plants and fruits, this flavanoid has been
shown to have a strong anti-inflammatory effect due to its powerful anti-oxidant
activity.

7. Ginger Extract - Used for over 2,500 years in Asia, Ginger has been used to treat
nausea and to reduce pain and inflammation. It works by decreasing the amount of
prostaglandins, which are what cause you to feel pain.

These are just 7 of the 11 proven healers and pain relievers that make up Heal-n-Soothe.
This all-natural formula works incredibly well and not just for back pain...
people are reporting relief for all types of pains and conditions like:

- Joint Pain / Arthritis
- Tendonitis / Bursitis
- Head Aches
- PMS Pain
- Fibromyalgia
- Chronic Fatigue

And dozens of others. But what's really exciting is the fact that thousands of people
have been able to dump the harsh and dangerous medications for a safer solution.

Plus, many people are even reporting BETTER results than multiple different
medications. So if you suffer from any type of ache or pain, I suggest you give this
stuff a shot - I'm sure you'll be happily surprised.

Try it now: http://www.losethebackpain.com/healnsoothe.html

And if you still aren't convinced and want to learn more, read this:
http://www.losethebackpain.com/proteolyticenzymes.html

Wishing you health, wealth and happiness,
Jesse Cannone, CFT, CPRS, MFT

I got this chat Question this morning and I wanted to share it with all of our Athletes with or without back pain...

As you read through it, remember that core strength alone is not the answer... Athletes that do single sport activities are creating muscle imbalances everyday and that is not how world class athletes do it any more...
It takes education, I urge you to study the benefits of having a balanced body...

***Question***
I am an avid cyclist (50 - 100 mile rides) and am wondering
if you have specific sport related stretches for cycling - for tight hip
flexors, ITB etc.? I am currently experiencing some back pain that is getting
better through chiro adjustments, but would like something to prevent future
problems.

***Our Chat***
Steven Hefferon "Co-Founder of the
Healthy Back Institute": Find a massage therapist
that can do hip flexor release, it is not easily done by your self, it hurts but it
will uninhabited your gluts and hamstrings and your performance will
improve...
Visitor: So are
you saying that your program would not benefit me?
Steven Hefferon "Co-Founder of the Healthy Back Institute": Sure it would but we also tell people that when you
need specific work at a higher level of care we, seek help from the best experts you can, we also say you will need to do BOTH
Visitor: Ok, I guess after the hip
flexor release, your program would help maintain flexibility? Does your program
increase overall core strength and flexibility?
Steven Hefferon "Co-Founder of the Healthy Back Institute": Better,, we help you understand how to keep your body in
balance from a strength vs strength perspective and a balanced body will make for a better athlete...
Steven Hefferon "Co-Founder of the Healthy Back Institute":
Does that make sense to you? How do you think as time
goes on that the next generation of athletes can break world records year after
year, I know it part drugs, part believe but also improvements in physical
conditioning conditioning that not only creates core strength but does it in a
balanced way...
Steven Hefferon "Co-Founder of the
Healthy Back Institute": The closer to prefect
athletes become the better they perform, they learn to make them self the best they can be, through study and understanding core principle of preformance, The closer to perfect they can make them selfs the better they will become, do
you have to achieve perfection NO but as you study what it takes to get there and
as you work towards it all things improve...
Visitor:

I got this question over the weekend and I just had to share
the answer with you and please everyone feel free to comment on your own experiences…
Did you see the position of your own head when assessing your photos… Was you
shoulder level, was you heal level, were you eyes level?

Please read here email question first…

I read your
long self explanatory article/research last night. I found it quite
interesting for a lay person as the team has explained it in a
very simplified way. Having read the long article last night I agree
with you about the significance of the imbalance of muscles.

You say that
there are 640 muscles in our body and each one has its impact on the
spine. I would like to ask you to explain to me how can the muscle
of eye is related to imbalancing the spine.

My reply:

One
consideration of many with the function of the eyes, is that when the body is
out of balance and the shoulders are off and the head is tilted and the eyes
are not level, for years on end the body accommodates to the positions and
because we naturally use our eyes to help balances our self’s in our everyday life
we will end up relying less and less on our muscles for stability.

Not that muscle
of the eye are super strong but they do accommodate and help the body keep our
balance and help us do physical things like walk or run even jump.

It is almost
like our eyes help in such a what that we are cheating our self into thinking
that we are fine and thus do not even know that we are lose muscle strength or
it may feel like we have enough muscle strength and don’t need to strengthen
our muscle, that is of course until it is to late…

But now take
away the stability that our eyes and then add some physical pain and now you
are challenged…

What everyone
should understand is that our eyes can assist our bodies through our life’s as
we are physical challenged with pain or physical trauma. Helping to keep our
bodies balanced and stabile but over the long term you should not rely on your
eyes to keep you that way, it is highly encouraged for you to keep physically balanced
and if you want to get out of pain you will need to restore the strength in
your muscles and we hope that you do it a in systematic way that not only restores
strength but also restores balance to all muscle groups in your body.

As a test
you can try standing in place with your eyes open and then with them closed…

And you tell
me if your eyes play a roll in your balance…

Steve

OK, Take your right shoe off and walk around...

at first you will feel how different is it, now if you keep it offer of say and
1 to 2 minutes your body will accommodate to it and it will not feel quite so
strange or even not so bad...

Now put your right shoe back on and take you left off do you fell it? and again
1 to 2 minutes latter how do you feel...

Now two questions?

1. Can you see how much stress your hips and back are going through if your
pelvis is not level? Better asked can you see how much better it is to have a
level pelvis...

2. When you switched shoes did you feel a difference?
Most people will feel good keeping there High Hip shoe on and feel much worse
with high hip shoe off?

What did you Feel?

Do you think it would help you to get you pelvis to a more neutral more
balances and more stable position so you can live your life with less or no
pain?

P.S. If you are in great pain right now do not do this and if you are in high
heels don't do it until you are in something more stable...

Thank you for writing to me.
Here are some things I've tried - can you tell me if they are good or bad:

drug - skelaxin
Sacro Wedgy - devise to lay on
Sleep with pillow between my legs
used foam roller
water walking
icy hot, aspercreme
Dr. shot steroids into my back and pain killers 2 weeks ago.

Thank you for your help. I hope someone sees this, and can explain what tickets
are,
Arnold

***End of Email***

This was my reply...

There is noting wrong with trying different things and being open minded to
experimenting with them..

Everything you have listed can help to some degree, but like anything you need
to get to the root cause, and we believe that muscle imbalances are the root
cause for most forms of back pain...

Once you get a better grip on the root cause everything else you try will give
you a better result and even make you life a little easer...

So if you have tried everything and feel like nothing is going to work, think
root cause levels, if you have our program "The Fibro
Fix", in it Dr Fors talks about addressing Fibromyalgia the the
Mitochondria level, it does not get any more root level then that, and that is
one reason people with Fibromyalgia struggle for so long, they are always
nipping at the symptoms, and not addressing the important issues...

Let me give you one more example, my mother went more than a year being
misdiagnosed regarding all of the symptoms she was experiencing, in the end she
was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, There are only two treatments for
hyperthyroidism, Surgery to remove it or irritated iodine which destroys the
Thyroid and then people have to be treated as if you were suffering from
Hypothyroidism...

Do you know that the first thing the Dr asked that administered the irritated
iodine?

Do you eat FISH? My mother loves fish but my father gets sick at even the smell
so my mother has gone the last 40 years without fish...Fish is rich in Iodine
and the Thyroid needs Iodine for healthy normal function.

Start today by giving you body what it needs and learn to address the Root
Cause Issues early... to avoid the mess...
firm better than soft? From a physiological standpoint, a more
supportive mattress is better regardless of what sleep position
you
prefer.

But having said that, the real answer is this: The best mattress is
the one that helps you sleep well and wake up without any added
pain and
stiffness. It's really about personal preference and what
you are used
to.

In my experience, I have tried them all. I tried a memory foam mattress
but it was too soft. (I gave to my parents, and they love it.) I now
use a firm box spring and mattress plus a towel under the sheets to
give added support to my hips and pelvis. Click here to read the rest of this article

Have you watched the FREE videos yet?

If not, you are really missing out on some great stuff... and the feedback we've been getting on these is incredible.

Many
